We seek out to purchase Value-add, opportunistic and distressed investments primarily focused on residential real estate which include multifamily apartment assets in New Jersey and other markets where the deal make sense.

- generate stable and growing monthly cash distributions on a tax-efficient basis from investments in multi-family real estate properties in major markets in the United States;
- enhance and maximize the value of GP Investments assets through active management and improve its properties through targeted value-add capital programs;
- expand its asset base through an accretive acquisition program.
